Saffron balances tradition and modernity, capturing the warmth of Thai hospitality while embracing contemporary elegance. Every detail—from the menu to the ambiance—has been carefully curated to stir emotions and create a sense of place. Whether through time-honoured family recipes or innovative interpretations, Saffron remains deeply rooted in authenticity, storytelling, and sensory exploration. It is an invitation to savour, to reminisce, and to discover Thailand in its most intimate and expressive form.

Inspired by the lingering essence of music, we reimagines Saffron as more than just a dining experience—it is a place where flavours stir emotions and create lasting memories. Like a familiar melody that evokes nostalgia, each dish is designed to awaken warmth, comfort, and a deep connection to Thai culture.
The brand refresh honours Saffron’s heritage while introducing a refined identity. The original logo remains, now complemented by a bespoke monogram derived from the ‘ff’ in the brandmark. Its imperfect brushstroke effect adds character, reinforcing the restaurant’s authenticity and handcrafted essence. Flowing, rhythmic design elements—mirroring the pleats of Thai fabric, intricate weaves, and rippling water—reflect the seamless harmony of tradition and modernity. From the colour palette, the blue sets a calming tone, while adding warmth with the orange and completed with a touch of gold brass texture inspired by Thai traditional gold wares for an element of lux.
The collaterals, varied from printed materials to digital touch points, expressed the concept throughout each pieces in a different subtle way to balance the overall feelings that could evoke the nostalgic sense for locals and new exciting experience for foreigners. This is to support the branding and make the brand unique, bespoke, and alive.
