LAN LAN, CLIENT SERVICES
Lan is originally from Beijing, China and now lives in Melbourne. Graduated in 2012 with a Master of Communication Design from Swinburne University, her passion for the creative industry led her to work several years as a full-time graphic designer. Interestingly, she has also worked in hospitality as a barista because of her love of Melbourne coffee. Today, she owns and runs her own city cafe and shares her knowledge and skills with BrandWorks China team as a client services manager for their Chinese clientele.
JAMES WANG, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
James comes from the North-East part of China. The home city of Dalian, which shares similarities to Melbourne as a vibrant coastal city. James has lived in Melbourne for 15 years, graduating from RMIT with double Master’s degrees - Professional Accounting and Commerce. After graduating from RMIT, James has had roles in accounting, business development and sales for Telstra.
In 2016, James decided to build up his own business after experiencing the Melbourne coffee and brunch culture. His dream one day is to bring this culture back to China, so his friends and family can enjoy beautiful Melbourne coffee and brunch too. A keen fitness enthusiast and runner, he hopes to run his first marathon. Highly collaborative and people-orientated, James brings to BrandWorks his networks and entrepreneurial skills as a business development consultant for its clients.
